Warranty Policy
All products sold from our website have a one year warranty period unless otherwise stated. The products are brand new and are free from defects in material and quality.
Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will cancel your order as your request. However,
if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping (including the original shipping, handling and return postage),
and 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s),
you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We try our best to make you get desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our shipping error,
please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after receiving the return products.
This warranty does not cover batteries that have been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way,
or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with. Where applicable,
all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.
Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
we shall immediately issue a credit for the amount charged to the credit card used in the order.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package.
We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time,
we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the tracer is complete before reshipping your order.
RMA Procedures
- All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please e-mail us at info@onbatt.com to obtain approval as well as the RMA.
RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day),
we do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization ).
- Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package and send it back to us. Please note you should be responsible for the loss shipment.
You can insure the package to reduce potential loss you may suffer.
- Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA.
Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.
- Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging,
defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products which you purchased from us must be returned 100% complete,
including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
