Shipping
US orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS, depending on which service has a shorter delivery time. Canada orders will be shipped by USPS unless otherwise stated. Canada local taxes - PST, GST and HST are not inclued, you must pay local taxes(PST, GST and HST etc.) when the package is delivered, so please consider this point before you place an order.
Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.
If the item is out of stock in US warehouse, we will ship it from other warehouse. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day when you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 3 to 7 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday).
